Account deletion

Delete your account & personal data

You have the right to request that we permanently delete your Wholeness Revolution account and the personal information associated with it. You can do this in two ways.

Option 1 — Delete from the app

  1. Open the Wholeness Revolution app and sign in to your account.
  2. Tap your profile photo in the top-right corner.
  3. Go to Settings → Account.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
  5. Confirm the action by entering your password and tapping Delete permanently.

Your account, bookings history, and personal data will be queued for permanent deletion within 30 days. Some information may be retained where required by law (e.g. financial records).

Option 2 — Submit a deletion request

If you cannot access the app, use this form. Our privacy team will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.
