1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Wholeness Revolution, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Services provided
Wholeness Revolution offers therapy, counselling, coaching, mentorship programs, workshops, and digital wellness resources. Services are facilitated by Dr Tsholo Zion and qualified practitioners.
3. Not a medical or emergency service
Our services support emotional wellbeing but are not a substitute for emergency medical or psychiatric care. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services immediately.
4. Bookings, payments and refunds
Sessions and program seats are confirmed upon successful payment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session may not be refundable. Mentorship program fees are non-refundable once the program has begun.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, attend booked sessions on time, and engage respectfully with practitioners and other participants.
6. Intellectual property
All content — including written materials, recordings, session resources, and the books of Dr Tsholo Zion — remains the intellectual property of Wholeness Revolution and its respective owners. Personal use is permitted; redistribution is not.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wholeness Revolution is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
